Coral Springs Museum of Art opens registration for classes beginning October 26
Coral Springs, Florida – Registration is open for a new session of youth and adult art classes at the Coral Springs Museum of Art, with courses beginning the week of October 26. Participants must register by October 24 to join the upcoming session.
The offerings span painting, drawing, pottery and other creative subjects, with separate options for adults, children and teens. The schedule gives residents a choice of artistic disciplines, from introductory drawing to working with clay.
While the museum’s gallery has moved to a new location, its Creative Studios will remain at 2855 Coral Springs Drive, inside the Center for the Arts building. Classes, camps, programming and other studio activities will continue at that address.

Adults can choose from acrylic, watercolor and oil painting courses. The lineup also includes Painting in Motion, offering another option within the session’s painting program.
For those interested in drawing, the adult schedule includes introductory drawing and figure drawing. Clay-based offerings include wheel throwing and hand-building, giving participants alternatives to the painting and drawing courses.
Together, the adult classes cover several different media rather than concentrating on a single art form. Participants can review the available offerings when selecting a course for the new session.

Younger artists have a separate selection of classes that combines familiar art forms with themed courses. The youth lineup includes Art and Science Unite, Art and Stories: Comics, and Painting Like the Masters.
Pottery options for children include Young Potters and Petite Potters. Drawing FUNdamentals and Home Study at the Museum are also among the announced offerings.
Teens can explore creative expression through Pop Culture Art, adding a teen-focused option to the broader youth and adult schedule.
The registration deadline applies to the session beginning the following week. Residents planning to attend should complete registration by October 24 and note that the Creative Studios’ teaching location remains inside the Center for the Arts despite the gallery’s relocation.
Participants can browse the museum’s offerings and register through the City of Coral Springs recreation portal.
