Pembroke Pines residents raise concerns over proposed incinerator

Pembroke Pines, Florida – In a recent council meeting, residents of Pembroke Pines vocalized their concerns regarding the potential establishment of a waste incineration facility in close proximity to their homes.

Their concerns largely stem from the adverse events that transpired at the Doral waste plant earlier this year.

As Broward county officials deliberate on optimal waste management techniques, they have yet to finalize a decision on the proposed incinerator.
