Broward County residents can still seek federal aid for April flooding

Broward County, Florida – Residents of Broward County affected by the unprecedented flooding in April still have an opportunity to apply for federal aid.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) stands ready to offer assistance, specifically in terms of rental aid or to address other disaster-related expenditures that may not have been accommodated by individual insurance coverage.

The cutoff date for submitting an application is fast approaching, set for June 26.

For those interested in applying, the form is readily accessible via the Small Business Administration’s website.
