Ideal Nutrition leases 1,361-square-foot storefront at Modera Coral Springs as South Florida expansion continues
Coral Springs, Florida – Ideal Nutrition is expanding its South Florida footprint with a new storefront in Coral Springs, adding another location as the prepared meal company continues to grow across Florida.
The company has leased a 1,361-square-foot space at Modera Coral Springs, a mixed-use community located at 3362 N. University Drive. The lease is part of a larger expansion that also includes new storefronts in Boca Raton and Aventura.
Colliers represented Ideal Nutrition in the transactions. Colliers Executive Vice President Scott Weprin and Vice President Jake Horowitz worked with the company to secure the three new spaces.
In addition to the Coral Springs location, Ideal Nutrition leased a 1,380-square-foot storefront at Shadowood Square in Boca Raton and a 1,599-square-foot space at Blu Aventura.
The three locations were chosen as the company looks to bring its prepared meals closer to customers in several growing South Florida communities.
“Each of these locations was strategically selected to support the company’s growth objectives, increase accessibility for customers and strengthen its presence in some of the region’s most dynamic submarkets,” Horowitz said in a statement.
Ideal Nutrition specializes in chef-prepared meals and offers a rotating menu with more than 40 choices. Its selections include traditional meals as well as keto, paleo, vegan and vegetarian options.
The company says it currently serves an average of more than 150,000 meals each week, giving it a substantial customer base as it continues to add physical locations.
The new Coral Springs storefront is part of a broader effort to make the company’s meals available to more customers throughout South Florida. The company says its expansion is focused not only on adding stores, but also on improving access to its prepared meal options.
“Expanding our physical footprint into Boca Raton, Aventura and Coral Springs is a critical step in making fresh, chef-crafted meals even more accessible across South Florida,” founder and CEO Wolfgang Brunet said in a statement.
Ideal Nutrition currently operates 16 locations across Florida. The company expects to open its 17th location within the next 30 to 45 days, according to the information provided by Colliers.
Colliers has also assisted Ideal Nutrition with previous expansion efforts in several Florida markets. Those locations include Fort Lauderdale, St. Petersburg, Boynton Beach, Port St. Lucie, Lake Nona, Miramar, Estero, Tampa and Lake Mary.
The company is not stopping with its latest three leases. Ideal Nutrition is also planning another location in Kendall as it continues building its network throughout the state.
The long-term goal is even larger. Ideal Nutrition projects that it will operate approximately 25 locations by the end of 2027.
For Coral Springs residents, the timing of the new storefront remains uncertain. The company has not yet announced when the location at Modera Coral Springs will officially open.
The new lease nevertheless marks another step in the development of the mixed-use community on North University Drive and adds a growing prepared-meal brand to the Coral Springs market.
As Ideal Nutrition continues opening stores, the company will be able to serve customers in more neighborhoods while maintaining its rotating menu of prepared meals. The planned growth in Coral Springs, Boca Raton, Aventura and other Florida communities reflects the company’s broader push to expand its physical presence across the state.
