Pedro Bitar, originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, had a deep passion for the restaurant business and was no stranger to hard work. In a 2021 interview, he praised the community, stating, “Coral Springs is the place to be, there’s a lot of magic here. For us, this is a dream come true.”
