New Springs Church invites Coral Springs families to free trunk-or-treat on October 24
Coral Springs, Florida – New Springs Church will welcome families to Coral Air Plaza on Saturday, October 24, for a free Community Trunk or Treat featuring decorated vehicles, candy and Halloween activities. The event will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at 11464 W. Sample Road in Coral Springs.
Everyone is welcome to attend, whether or not they belong to the church. Families are encouraged to arrive in costume and bring friends and neighbors for an evening of activities.
Church volunteers will decorate vehicle trunks and hand out candy while also helping organize the event. A costume contest, games and other family-friendly activities are planned, with a live DJ providing music throughout the gathering.

Alongside the trunk-or-treat activities, families will find an interactive slime-making station hosted by Slimeology. Slime will be available for purchase, giving visitors another activity to explore during the evening.
Participating food vendors include Kona Ice, Vito’s Pizza, A Tasty Mouthful and local baker Cass & Crumb. Food and sweet treats will be sold separately, so families should plan for additional costs if they want to purchase refreshments.
Admission to the event is free, but that does not cover every offering. Food purchases and select vendor activities will carry an extra charge, while the gathering itself remains open to the community at no admission cost.

The collaboration brings the church and nearby businesses together for an event welcoming local families. With candy distribution, music, costumes and vendor offerings in one location, visitors will have several ways to take part during the three-hour gathering.
New Springs Church was founded in Coral Springs in 2019 and is led by Pastor Gavin Felix. The church holds its regular Sunday services at 10:30 a.m.
