Former Miss Boca Raton USA contestant launches strategic marketing consultancy in Coral Springs
Coral Springs, Florida – A Coral Springs resident with years of experience in corporate marketing has launched a new consultancy designed to help growing businesses gain access to strategic marketing services typically available to larger companies.
Gabriella Nicolas, founder and principal consultant of Pointwood House Consulting, officially launched the fully remote marketing consultancy in June 2026. The company is headquartered at 2139 N. University Drive, Suite 2001, in Coral Springs, where Nicolas will lead efforts to provide marketing guidance and strategy support to organizations looking to strengthen their brands and connect with customers.
Before starting her own business, Nicolas built her marketing career working with major organizations, including CVS Health and Aetna. Through those roles, she developed experience creating strategic marketing initiatives, managing brand efforts, and helping organizations make decisions based on market research and business goals.
She said her experience working with large corporations inspired her to create a service that would bring similar expertise to smaller companies that may not have access to extensive internal marketing teams.
“I founded Pointwood House Consulting to help growing businesses access the same strategic marketing expertise often reserved for large organizations,” Nicolas said. “My goal is to help organizations make informed marketing decisions, strengthen their brands and build meaningful relationships with their audiences.”
The consultancy will focus on helping businesses develop stronger marketing strategies, improve their branding, and better understand how to communicate with their target audiences. Nicolas said her goal is to work with organizations that want to grow while making thoughtful decisions about their marketing investments.
In addition to her professional marketing background, Nicolas has experience in public-facing roles. She previously held the title of Miss Boca Raton USA and competed in the 2025 Miss Florida USA pageant.
Nicolas said her pageant experience helped her develop skills beyond marketing, including personal branding, public speaking, confidence, and community engagement. She believes those skills continue to influence the way she approaches business and helps clients present themselves more effectively.
Her move from corporate marketing to entrepreneurship reflects a broader trend of experienced professionals creating businesses that bring specialized knowledge to smaller companies and organizations. Nicolas said she hopes Pointwood House Consulting can help close the gap between large-company marketing resources and the needs of growing businesses.
As a Florida-based Latina entrepreneur, Nicolas said she is proud to contribute to the state’s growing business community while working with clients beyond the local area. Because the consultancy operates remotely, Pointwood House Consulting can support businesses in Florida and across other markets.
Nicolas said the launch represents an opportunity to combine her corporate experience, communication skills, and entrepreneurial goals into a new venture focused on helping businesses succeed.
With Pointwood House Consulting now operating, Nicolas aims to provide organizations with practical marketing guidance while helping them build stronger relationships with their customers and communities.
