Coral Springs teacher Danielle Bradley is named finalist for the 2026 Cambridge Dedicated Teacher Awards
Coral Springs, Florida – Coral Glades High School in Coral Springs is celebrating as AICE English teacher Danielle Bradley has been named a finalist for the prestigious 2026 Cambridge Dedicated Teacher Awards. Bradley is one of only 10 educators across the United States to make the shortlist, placing her among a select group recognized for excellence in teaching.
The Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education, or AICE, is a rigorous, college-level curriculum and examination program designed for high school students. Developed by the University of Cambridge, it provides challenging courses that can earn students college credits, an advanced diploma, and eligibility for top scholarships, including Florida’s Bright Futures program. AICE is considered comparable to Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) programs, offering students a pathway to advanced academic opportunities.
“This recognition reflects the dedication and skill that Danielle brings to her classroom every day,” said a school spokesperson. Bradley’s work with students in the AICE program has been credited with inspiring high achievement and preparing them for academic success beyond high school.
The selection process for the Cambridge Dedicated Teacher Awards was highly competitive. Out of 12,000 nominees across nine regions—including East Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, Middle East and North Africa, North America, South Asia, Pakistan, Southeast Asia and Pacific, and Sub-Saharan Africa—judges narrowed the field to 10 finalists from each region. Those finalists will then be further evaluated to determine the nine regional winners, who will receive additional recognition.
Each regional winner will be featured on a “thank you” page in the new Cambridge University Press & Assessment international education books, highlighting their contributions to global education. Winners will also receive a class set of books of their choice to support their teaching and inspire future students. The regional winners are scheduled to be announced on April 27.
Bradley’s nomination highlights both her personal commitment and the broader success of Coral Glades High School in fostering high-quality education. The recognition of her work underscores the importance of educators who go above and beyond to prepare students for the challenges of college-level coursework and global academic standards.
For Bradley, this award represents more than just personal recognition. It is a reflection of her consistent efforts to challenge students, provide meaningful guidance, and cultivate a love of learning. Her achievements demonstrate how innovative teaching and dedication can have a tangible impact on student success in advanced educational programs.
As the April announcement approaches, students, colleagues, and community members in Coral Springs are watching with pride. Danielle Bradley’s recognition as a finalist for the Cambridge Dedicated Teacher Awards not only celebrates her accomplishments but also shines a spotlight on the high standards and supportive learning environment cultivated at Coral Glades High School.
