On Tuesday, school officials announced that Anna Koltunova, assistant principal at Stoneman Douglas, has been named a finalist for Assistant Principal of the Year as part of the 2026 Caliber Awards, an honor that celebrates excellence across Broward County Public Schools.

The Caliber Awards highlight the district’s most exceptional educators and employees, recognizing achievements in leadership, instruction, and service. Finalists are selected from a highly competitive pool of nominees representing schools and departments throughout Broward County, showcasing the very best of the district’s talent.
